Working with Paulson Fire and Flood as a sub-trade means joining our crew on some of the toughest days a homeowner will ever have. A flood, a fire, an insurance claim they did not ask for. They are letting strangers into their home at a time when nothing feels normal. How every person on that job site shows up matters to them. It matters to us too.

We are based in Cranbrook and work across the East Kootenays. Whenever we can, we hire local. It keeps the work close to home, keeps the dollars in our community, and usually means a better job for the homeowner. Around here, your reputation is your business.

Legal Business Name

Operate under your registered legal business name to ensure all documentation, contracts and payments are accurate and compliant

Any DBAs

If your business trades or operates under a different name or nickname, please provide all DBAs for transparency and so we can make sure all our records are up to date.

WorkSafe

Maintain active WorkSafeBC (or regional equivalent) clearance to confirm your team meets all workplace safety and compliance standards.

Liability Insurance

Carry valid liability insurance that reflects the scope of your work - protecting both your team and our clients from potential risks.
