Express consent is obtained through a clear opt-in mechanism, such as checking a box on a form or signing up through our website. Service-related messages, such as appointment confirmations, project updates, invoices, and warranty notices, are transactional in nature and are not subject to CASL consent requirements. These communications are necessary to fulfill our contractual and service obligations.
